Here, the Sauvignon takes root on the limestone slopes north of Pouilly, drawing all its distinctive character from the “Caillottes” soils. On the nose, the wine reveals notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus with a pronounced aromatic intensity. The mineral character of this cuvée adds further complexity and length to the wine. A beautiful expression of its terroir!

About the estate:
