Séverin et Gilles Chollet - Pouilly-Fumé Les Terres Blanches 2022
Bearing the mark of Kimmeridgian marl, this cuvée—comparable to a "grand cru"—will reveal its full potential over time. Initially, the Sauvignon's fruity character comes to the fore in the early years, but it will be worth letting it age in the cellar for a few years so that the terroir takes center stage. Excellent aging potential!
