“The quintessential expression of Sauvignon”

Here, the Sauvignon takes root on the limestone slopes north of Pouilly, drawing its distinctive character from the "Caillottes" soils. On the nose, the wine reveals notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus with a pronounced aromatic intensity. The mineral character of this cuvée adds further complexity and length to the wine. A fine expression of its terroir!

About the estate:

In the heart of Le Bouchot, an old wine-growing village in the Pouilly region, Gilles Chollet took over from his father in 1986. He was joined by his son Séverin in 2010, who has since taken the reins of this 14-hectare vineyard.
