Quite a light color, almost like water. Floral on the nose, with notes of boxwood, gooseberry leaves, and gooseberry blossoms. It lacks the “cat pee” note, but otherwise features the usual suspects. On the palate, it’s fresh, juicy, and salty, with citrus and grapefruit flavors, moderate acidity, and moderate body. Rather slender and light on its feet. Lacks conviction. Score: 15/20
