About wine:

A 100% Côt with a beautiful black color streaked with amethyst highlights, centered on intense blackcurrant and cherry fruitiness on the nose, full-bodied, fleshy and well supported by silky tannins, which show a little more muscle on the finish.

About the estate:

Georges, the great-grandfather, planted the first vine in 1905. Today, the vineyard covers 17 hectares and is organically farmed by Jérôme Sauvète, his wife Dominique, and their daughter Mathilde.
