About the wine:

A 100% côt with a black color streaked with amethyst reflections of the most beautiful effect, centered on an intense fruitiness of blackcurrant and cherry on the nose, ample, fleshy and well supported by silky tannins, which show a little more muscle on the finish.

About the domain :

Georges, the great-grandfather, planted the first vine in 1905. Today, the vineyard covers 17 hectares, farmed organically by Jérôme Sauvète, his wife Dominique and their daughter Mathilde.
