Domaine Bourillon Dorléans

Domaine Bourillon Dorléans, founded in 1921 and now run by Frédéric Bourillon, has been dedicated to preserving the traditional spirit and quality of its Vouvray wines for three generations.

Domaine Bourillon Dorléans owns 26.5 hectares of vineyards located on the finest hillsides of the commune of Rochecorbon. Vines are cultivated using sustainable farming practices and cover cropping; the use of crushed vine shoots instead of chemical fertilizers and reduced yields optimize the wines’ aromatic richness. The wines of Domaine Bourillon Dorléans are vinified with natural yeasts and aged either in tanks or in barrels, with the blending process respecting the wines’ overall character. Bourillon Dorléans is one of the very best estates in the Vouvray appellation.
