"Excellent, delicious, exquisite, a real treat... the reviews are rave!"
The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc has a distinct nose of freshly picked curry leaves, crushed shells, lemon zest, asphalt, mustard seeds, dried coriander, and white-fleshed orchard fruits. This wine is powerfully fruity, has lots of energy and dynamism, and, as you would expect, is exquisite to drink. About wine:
Dog Point white wines are known for their flinty, reductive character, which sometimes goes too far. But lately, this producer has managed to control it and find the perfect balance so that white peach and guava fruit also shine through. The wine has a chalky, chalky texture and a tension that suggests it will age well for several years. If you drink it now, a little aeration in the glass won't hurt.

About wine:
It's excellent, as always, with flint, sliced lemons, and fresh green melon. A little Thai basil too. Medium-bodied, lively acidity, and lots of fruit on the finish, but with concentration and tension. Made from organically grown grapes. Drink now. Screw cap.

Wine rating (2024 guide) 94/100 (Excellent)
About wine:
An excellent bouquet and palate with aromas and flavors of citrus and nettles, fresh sage and grapefruit, apple and a layer of green passion fruit, fresh lychee nuts. The wine is dry and crisp, with a good mouthfeel, saline qualities, and freshness. A little time spent on the lees adds to the texture and length. Delicious, fresh, balanced, and well-made. Best drunk from the day of purchase until 2029.

Note and opinion by Mr. GILLES D. Published on 09/22/2025
A youthful Malborough with a fresh, refined attack, followed by an equally mouthwatering mid-palate that is dense and very expressive, with sparkling flavors reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruits sprinkled with a hint of vegetal notes. Beautifully airy length with minerality. A little aging would not seem superfluous. Discovered with a salad of shrimp, pink grapefruit, and avocado spiced up with a pinch of Espelette pepper. Rating = 4.2.
