It’s excellent, as always, paired with flint, sliced lemons, and fresh green melon. A bit of Thai basil as well. Medium-bodied, with lively acidity and plenty of fruit on the finish, yet with concentration and structure. Made from organically grown grapes. Ready to drink now. Screw cap.

An excellent bouquet and palate with aromas and flavors of citrus and nettles, fresh sage and grapefruit, apple, and hints of green passion fruit and fresh lychee. The wine is dry and crisp, with a good mouthfeel, mineral notes, and freshness. A brief period on the lees adds to the texture and length. Delicious, fresh, balanced, and well-crafted. Best enjoyed from the day of purchase through 2029.

Light straw-yellow color. Nose: boxwood, gooseberry, green apple, honey, fresh linens, floral notes, and fermenting fruit/vegetables. On the palate, a delightful attack of juicy and plump green apple, a hint of sweetness, and fine acidity that immediately brings everything into balance. In addition, green notes, minerality, crisp freshness, body, depth, sophistication, and length. Beautiful, this Dog Point. Sauvignon Blanc isn’t usually really my thing, but this one fits into the now-long list of exceptions… or maybe my taste is changing! Score: 17/20
