Figuière - Figure #3 2021 (Vin orange)
"A unique dish for the adventurous, perfect for serving with cooked fish or white meat!"
This unique cuvée, made entirely from Rolle grapes, was vinified like a red wine, with a 10-day skin maceration. Harmonious and featuring lovely, expressive fruit, complemented by notes of gingerbread and candied orange, the palate is exceptionally supple, highlighted by soft tannins.

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2020 guide): 2*Stars (A solid, recommendable production, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About the estate:
It is one of the most famous estates in Provence. It belongs to the Combard family, who manage this 85-hectare vineyard, 30 hectares of which are leased. The vines, located along the coast on schist soil, have been cultivated using organic methods since 1979. Steps are currently underway to transition the entire estate to biodynamic farming. We applaud this commitment, which is no small feat for an estate of this size. While the wines are among Provence’s most reliable offerings, the family also goes above and beyond in welcoming visitors and, during the warmer months, offers a cultural program that’s well worth a visit.
