A fresh, food-friendly rosé with aromas of raspberry and pomelo, accented by a hint of herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and opulent, featuring citrus and pomelo flavors with a touch of vanilla, all supported by a lovely acidity and a briny finish enhanced by subtle warm spices. In short, a rosé for sharing, perfect with appetizers or Asian dishes, and with good aging potential.

Rated estate (2023 guide) 3*Stars (High-quality production, setting the standard in its sector)
About the estate:
Planted in 1980 and purchased in 2010 by Caroline and Philippe Chauvin, this 15-hectare estate—eight of which are in Bandol—is situated on a hillside and laid out in terraces. Facing north and descending a fairly steep slope, the vineyard is rising from the ashes. With the construction of a beautiful winery, perfectly integrated into the landscape, and the opening of a farmhouse inn offering a wide range of products from their own production, the estate takes the concepts of hospitality and terroir very seriously.
