Guilhem Tournier took over the 12-hectare family estate located in the foothills of Bandol, facing the village of Le Castellet, in the municipality of Cadière d’Azur—a quintessentially Provençal village at the heart of the Bandol appellation, just a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean Sea. The 65-year-old vines are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, planted on the western slope facing the sea. He plows the fields using horse-drawn equipment. He has inherited 15 generations of expertise and, above all, strong principles: love, passion, hard work, and respect.
