"A breath of fresh air and a treat for the taste buds!"

The aroma alternates between white flowers and sweet, tangy candy notes. On the palate, this Provence rosé is fresh, mouthwatering, and very elegant. Serve it well chilled with your appetizers!

About the estate:

The Lapierre family has been cultivating vineyards in the town of Coudoux since the late 18th century. In 1935, Jean Lapierre, then a Navy officer, decided to devote himself entirely to the land, which was primarily planted with olive trees. In 1952, Max Lapierre succeeded his father and began transforming the property into a wine estate. In 1973, his son Yves founded Château Saint-Hilaire and became the owner-winemaker. The estate stretches across the stony slopes of the Coudoux hills, located halfway between Mont Sainte-Victoire and the Alpilles mountain range. The vineyards thrive across 55 hectares facing due south and are currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
