"A wonderful side dish for grilled fish!"

A blend of Rolle, Sauvignon, Grenache Blanc, and Sémillon, it reveals a subtle nose with floral, brioche, and lemon notes. The palate is carried by a delicately tart and fresh structure, featuring citrus, flowers, passion fruit, and pear, enhanced by a hint of mild spices, leading to a balanced finish that oscillates between suppleness and tension.

About the estate:

The Lapierre family has been cultivating vineyards in the town of Coudoux since the late 18th century. In 1935, Jean Lapierre, then a naval officer, decided to devote himself entirely to the land, which was primarily planted with olive trees. In 1952, Max Lapierre succeeded his father and began transforming the estate into a wine-growing property. In 1973, his son Yves founded Château Saint-Hilaire and became a grower-owner. The estate stretches across the stony slopes of the Coudoux hills, situated halfway between Montagne Sainte-Victoire and the Alpilles mountain range. The vineyards thrive across 55 hectares facing due south, currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
