"Cru gastronomique!"

A vast majority of Grenache and a touch of Cabernet-Sauvignon make up this gourmet rosé. The nose is fine, floral, elegant and complex, with orange blossom, pitaya, mango and crushed strawberries. On the palate, it's unctuous, fat and delicate, with strawberry, grapefruit, peach, a touch of spice, mango and lime, all on a fresh frame. Pair with Thai cuisine or tagine.

Domaine noté Sélectionné (An estate or house that has won us over with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)

About the domain :

Carpe Diem, the famous Latin phrase, means "Seize the day without worrying about tomorrow". A motto taken to heart by Albéric Philippon, who took over the estate in 2013. Situated on the clay-limestone terroirs of Cotignac, the estate now covers 30 hectares. Visitors to the region can find the winemaker and his wines every Tuesday at the Cotignac market.

About the domain :

In 2013, Albéric Philipon took over the estate from a family of winegrowers who were retiring. The vineyard is located in Cotignac, in the heart of Provence Verte, and covers 18 ha. In addition, the family has leased 12 ha in a neighboring village since 2017. All our vines are grown organically.
