Selected Estate (An estate or winery that has impressed us with one or more of its wines, though we are unable to offer a general assessment of the style of its entire range)
About the estate:
Carpe Diem, the famous Latin phrase, means “Seize the day without worrying about tomorrow.” A motto taken to heart by Albéric Philippon, who took over the estate in 2013. Located on the clay-limestone soils of Cotignac, the estate now spans 30 hectares. Visitors to the region can find the winemaker and his wines every Tuesday at the Cotignac market.

About the estate:
In 2013, Albéric Philipon took over the estate from a family of winemakers who were retiring. The vineyard is located in Cotignac, in the heart of Provence Verte, and covers 18 hectares. In addition to these, there are 12 hectares located in a neighboring village, which the family has been leasing since 2017. All of the cultivated vines are grown using organic farming methods.
