About the wine:
A very pale shell-pink color. A subtle nose of grapefruit and strawberry, where the floral notes almost overshadow the fruity ones. Hints of satin, satsuma, and stone. An enticing minerality and acidity that remind me of the chalky, tangy flavor of baobab fruit. A silky texture with great fluidity. True finesse. Long and elegant; understated to the point of being almost discreet, yet firmly on the right side of the line. White pepper on the finish. (TC)
