Presented in an attractive, feminine bottle, M de Minuty stands out as a sure bet among Provence rosés. Light and silky on the palate, intensely aromatic, and balanced by a subtle acidity. A refreshing, slightly salty finish. It’s the perfect way to extend that vacation feeling with Mediterranean flavors (e.g., pan-seared scorpionfish fillets). Rating = 4.1.
