This elegant and sensual rosé opens with a lively attack and good body, then gently rounds out, revealing a silky, light texture with notes of mandarin and red berries, balanced by a delicate acidity that extends the finish with a hint of saltiness. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany Provençal-style red mullet garnished with anchovy fillets. Rating = 4.
