Peyrassol

Nestled at the foot of the Maures mountains, in a setting covering more than 900 hectares, the 90 hectares of vines flourish on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of around 300m. Founded by the Knights Templar in the 13th century, it is one of the oldest vineyards in Provence. It was taken over by Philippe Austruy in 2001, who entrusted the management of the vineyard to his nephew, Alban Cacaret.
