Peyrassol

Nestled at the foot of the Maures Mountains, within a 900-hectare estate, the 90 hectares of vineyards thrive on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of approximately 300 meters. Founded as a commandery by the Knights Templar in the 13th century, it is one of the oldest vineyards in Provence. It was taken over by Philippe Austruy in 2001, who entrusted the management of the vineyard to his nephew, Alban Cacaret.
