Winery rated 1 star (A high-quality, recommended wine that lives up to what one would expect from its appellation(s))

About the estate:

In 2004, Pascal Glas decided to take over the family vineyards after having made wine for more than twenty years in cooperative wineries in the south of France. Located on the northwestern edge of the Costières de Nîmes appellation, he crafts straightforward, honest wines with exemplary balance and purity of fruit. The wines are refreshing with beautiful depth of fruit, without ever being overpowering.

About the estate:

Pascal Glas and his wife Élisabeth took over the family estate in 2004 following the closure of the Sernhac cooperative. Certified HVE since 2014, the estate is in the process of converting to organic farming.
