This lovely Rhône white wine reveals a delightful aromatic finesse in a blend of White Grenache and Clairette. The nose blends notes of white-fleshed fruits, citrus zest, and floral notes. The palate is round and well-balanced, with slightly toasty notes resulting from expertly managed winemaking and aging in wood (30% in demi-muids). A superb southern white offering excellent value for money!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this wine. I bought it mainly to prepare for blind tastings, but I ended up with a wine that I really enjoyed—and at a reasonable price. It's perfect with a fresh summer salad.
