This lovely Rhône white wine reveals a lovely aromatic finesse in a blend of White Grenache and Clairette. The nose features notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus zest, followed by floral notes. On the palate, it is round and well-balanced, with slightly toasty notes resulting from expertly managed winemaking and aging in oak (30% in demi-muid barrels). A superb southern white offering excellent value for the price!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this wine. I bought it mainly to prepare for blind tastings, but I ended up with a wine that I really enjoyed—and at a reasonable price. It's perfect with a fresh summer salad.
