"A very promising Côtes-du-Rhône".

Premières Côtes" has a lovely, deep purple-red color, with a perfume of spices, undergrowth and ripe red fruit. The attack is full and harmonious, the middle balanced between volume, the freshness of the soils that are omnipresent on the palate from which they come, and well-coated tannins.

Note and review by M. GILLES D. Published on 06/08/2025

Very well matured, Première Côte proves seductive and harmonious between volume, sapidity and energy, with supple, silky tannins, enveloping the palate in a luscious, exuberant substance, expressing notes of blackberry, plum and spice enhanced by a touch of white pepper and a hint of vibrant acidity. Persistent gourmet finish. Affordably priced, this CDR can be enjoyed now for its freshness and spontaneity with osso bucco Milanese or lasagne bolognese. Score = 4.2.
