"Les Rabassières" refers to Rabasse, which means "truffle" in Provençal, a tribute to the Plan de Dieu region from which this cuvée comes, which was renowned for its abundance of truffle oaks. A supple, bewitching Côtes-du-Rhône with fresh summer fruits (apricot, peach) and exotic mango notes. Fresh on the palate, revealing good balance, fatness and good length, the whole being very harmonious.

White gold with delicate reflections, slightly greenish
Nose
Supple, bewitching aromas of fresh summer fruit (apricot, peach) with exotic notes of mango. It then opens with aromas of citrus and white flowers (acacia, hawthorn).

A lively and fresh attack revealing a good balance with fat and a good length in the mouth, the whole being very harmonious.
