Small-grain Syrah is the only grape variety used in this Crozes-Hermitage cuvée , "La Maurelle." A clean 2007 vintage, with great finesse and beautiful aromatic richness, featuring notes of ripe stone fruits (cherries, plums, blackberries) mixed with floral notes of violets. Supple, mellow tannins give this wine fullness, volume, and balance. Definitely worth discovering!
