Domaine de Montine - Grignan-les-Adhémar Viognier 2024
Médaille d'Or
Concours Paris
"A safe bet"
A Viognier that flourishes beautifully in the Grignan-les-Adhémar appellation. It reveals itself with elegance and charm. A brief period in oak barrels brings delicate notes of toast, nuts, and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, rich, and powerful, while retaining a very pleasant freshness.

About the estate:
For four generations, this estate has been gradually expanding. Today, it covers 78 hectares, mainly in the Drôme Provençale region, around Grignan and Vinsobres. The wines are very consistent in quality and offer beautiful expressions of their terroirs, thanks to controlled barrel aging. The wines of the Grignan-les-Adhémar appellation are among the best examples in the region. The 2017 and 2018 vintages tasted were remarkably consistent.
