Vinified in 30-hectoliter tanks using indigenous yeasts. The winemaking process is tailored to the characteristics of each vineyard plot to best preserve the grapes and the terroir. Gentle pumping over, similar to an infusion, is performed daily. This wine is made in part from purchased grapes.
