Vinified in 30-hl tanks using indigenous yeasts. The winemaking process is tailored to the nature of each vineyard plot in order to best respect the grapes and the terroir. Gentle pumping over, similar to an infusion, is performed daily. This wine is made in part from purchased grapes.
