Jérôme Bressy describes this exceptional, unconventional rosé as a “blanc de noirs”! It’s succulent on the palate, with genuine spicy and peppery notes, and a flavor reminiscent of the essence of shellfish shells. A truly gastronomic rosé. Tasted in February 2016.
