Attuned to his terroir and the ampelographic diversity of his vineyard, he is a rare artisan in the wine-growing world. He stands out through his Vaucluse IGP wines, which truly reflect the terroir of Rasteau and are faithful expressions of old grape varieties treated with respect and care. In the cellar, patience and experience work in tandem with time to craft some of the most accomplished wines of the southern Rhône Valley. With each vintage, he raises the bar to achieve tangible perfection. Once again, he has proven this this year.

Jérôme Bressy presents this exceptional, unconventional rosé—like a “blanc de noirs”! The palate is succulent, with genuine spicy and peppery notes, and a flavor reminiscent of the essence of a shellfish shell. A truly gastronomic rosé. Tasted in February 2016.
