"An affordable gourmet wine
"Composed of Clairette and Grenache in equal proportions, plus Viognier and a touch of Marsanne, vinified and aged in 500L barrels for 4 months, this cuvée charms with its complex, captivating nose of hawthorn, cut grass and dried apricot, enhanced by a touch of butter. On the palate, it is lively on the attack, then voluminous and silky, with hints of chamomile and toasted toast, stimulated by a fine tension that gives it length." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2023)
