"A vintage full of charm"
"Composed of equal parts (25%) Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Rolle, and aged on fine lees for six months in concrete vats, the Ventoux Domaine Blanc 2024 is lively and racy, offering aromas of honeyed citrus, mandarin, mint, and chalky minerality. It is medium-bodied with well-integrated but high acidity. It reveals a juicy, salty, and incredible minerality on the finish." (Jeb Dunnuck 2025)

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2020 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About the estate:
This high-quality estate is masterfully run by the dynamic Sébastien Vincenti, who has established it as one of the most serious and consistent producers in Ventoux. The vineyard covers 38 hectares, cultivated using organic farming methods, including a large 28-hectare plot around the estate, on clay-limestone gravel soils. The estate mainly produces red wines, including the superb Cuvée Nature N, vinified without added sulfur and a model of its kind. An essential address in the region.
Guide Hachette des vins
Rated estate (2022 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly recognized by the guide)
About the estate:
Nanou Barthélemy and her son Sébastien Vincenti acquired this property in 1995, built and regularly improved the cellar, and replanted the 40-hectare vineyard using organic and biodynamic methods (without certification), making Fondrèche one of the benchmarks of the Ventoux AOP.
Robert Parker - Wine Advocate
Wine rating (2025 guide) 90/100 (Outstanding wine)
Rated estate (2021 guide) Recommended (Wine producer recommended by Robert Parker - The Wine Advocate)
About wine:
The Ventoux Blanc 2024 from Domaine de Fondrèche, a blend of unknown proportions of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, and Rolle, is lively and precise, opening with aromas of citrus blossoms, white peach, and crushed stone. Medium-bodied and incisive, it is structured around a core of ripe fruit and lively acidity, with a salty, chalky finish that gives it tension and length. This is a vibrant, finely crafted white that will drink well young but will also keep for several years.

Wine rated (2025 guide) 92/100
About wine:
Aromas of green apples, limes, and aromatic herbs. Medium-bodied with a mineral touch on the mid-palate that brings great freshness. Precise texture. A seductive, round, and delicious blend of Grenache, Clairette, Roussanne, and Rolle (Vermentino). Made from organically grown grapes. Ready to drink or cellar.
