Fondrèche Estate
The Domaine de Fondrèche is located in Mazan, in the heart of the Côtes du Ventoux appellation. It is run by Nanou Barthélémy & Sébastien Vincenti, who have a simple goal: to produce wines that are "identi-terres" (true to their terroir). In other words, wines that are as close as possible to their terroir, while promoting it.

The 38-hectare vineyard of Domaine de Fondrèche is cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, with the aim of creating harmony between the vines, the soil, and their immediate environment. It is spread over three sites in the communes of Mazan, Mormoiron, and Saint Pierre de Vassols. No chemical weedkillers are used, and grass cover between rows is common. Soil amendments are made with 100% natural organic manure. The estate is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming.

Domaine de Fondrèche has a cellar that reflects its approach to wine. The basic principle is that it should be functional while respecting the quality of the grapes. The cellars are air-conditioned to age and store the wines in the best possible conditions.
