Domaine de Fondrèche

Domaine de Fondrèche is located in Mazan, in the heart of the Côtes du Ventoux appellation. It is run by Nanou Barthélémy & Sébastien Vincenti, who have a simple objective: to produce "identi-terres" wines. In other words, wines that are as close as possible to their terroir, while enhancing its value.

The 38-hectare Domaine de Fondrèche vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, with the aim of creating harmony between the vine, the soil and its direct environment. It is planted on three sites in the communes of Mazan, Mormoiron and Saint Pierre de Vassols. No chemical weedkillers are used, and grass is frequently planted between the rows. The soil is fertilized with 100% natural organic fertilizer. The estate is currently undergoing organic conversion.

Domaine de Fondrèche has a cellar that reflects its approach to wine. The basic principle is that it should be functional while respecting the quality of the grapes. The cellars are air-conditioned to ensure that the wines are matured and preserved in the best possible conditions.
