"A vintage full of charm"

A Ventoux that opens harmoniously with aromas of exotic fruits, rose, and white flowers, accompanied by hints of citrus. Rich and round on the palate, with a profile of yellow fruits, beautiful balance, and very pleasant freshness. A cuvée acclaimed for its acidity, minerality, and freshness, which combine to create a rare and atypical southern white wine.

About the estate:

Nanou Barthélemy and her son Sébastien Vincenti acquired this property in 1995, built and regularly improved the cellar, and replanted the vineyard—50 hectares of organic land, cultivated using biodynamic methods, making Fondrèche one of the benchmarks of the Ventoux appellation.

A mineral and floral white wine with lovely brioche notes. Excellent value for money.
