Domaine Vindemio
Domaine Vindemio, located in the Ventoux appellation, has been run by the Combe family for five generations. Vindemio means “I harvest” in Latin; Florentine and Albin Combe (who also own Domaine de Fourmone) thus seek to draw inspiration from the estate’s history while ushering in a new era.
Domaine Vindemio is entirely organically farmed across 16.5 hectares.
Domaine Vindemio works primarily on a plot-by-plot basis to extract the best from their terroir and respect the local flora and fauna. The estate is also unique in having plots at an altitude of 400 meters facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux.
