Domaine Vindemio
Domaine Vindemio, located in the Ventoux appellation, has been run by the Combe family for five generations. “Vindemio” means “I harvest” in Latin; Florentine and Albin Combe (who also own Domaine de Fourmone) thus seek to draw on the estate’s history while ushering in a new era.
Domaine Vindemio is entirely organically farmed across 16.5 hectares.
Domaine Vindemio primarily works on a plot-by-plot basis to draw out the best of its terroir and respect the local flora and fauna. The estate is also unique in that it has plots at an elevation of 400 meters facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux.
