Domaine Vindemio
The Vindemio estate, located in the Ventoux appellation, is run by the Combe family, now in its fifth generation. Vindemio means "I harvest" in Latin, and Florentine and Albin Combe (also owners of the Domaine de Fourmone) seek to take root in the estate's past while ushering in a new era.
Domaine Vindemio is entirely organic, covering 16.5 hectares.
Domaine Vindemio works mainly with individual plots to extract the best from their terroir and respect the local flora and fauna. The estate also has the distinction of having plots at an altitude of 400 meters facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux.
