"A bright and perfectly balanced vintage"

Ignis means “Fire” in Latin, which immediately brings to mind the region’s radiant sunshine! This wine is expressive and well-balanced, with floral and fruity notes. The Clairette and White Grenache come through on the palate with a subtle and pleasant roundness.

About the estate:

Founded in 2006 by Jean Marot, an advocate of organic farming, this 15-hectare estate is divided into two sections: one south of Mont Ventoux, the other closer to the Dentelles de Montmirail. It was acquired in 2019 by the Combe family, owners of Domaine de la Fourmone in Vacqueyras, who entrusted management to Florentine and Albin (the fifth generation) to produce exclusively certified organic Mont Ventoux wines.
