"A bright and perfectly balanced vintage"

Ignis means "fire" in Latin, immediately bringing to mind the region's radiant sunshine! This cuvée is expressive and balanced, with floral and fruity notes. Clairette and Grenache Blanc express themselves on the palate with a subtle and pleasant roundness.

About the estate:

Created in 2006 by Jean Marot, an advocate of organic farming, this 15-hectare estate is divided into two areas: one south of Mont Ventoux, the other closer to the Dentelles de Montmirail. It was bought in 2019 by the Combe family, owners of Dom. de la Fourmone in Vacqueyras, who entrusted its management to Florentine and Albin (5th generation) to produce exclusively Ventoux wines, certified organic.
