About the domain :
Established in the heart of Collioure, in one of the town's smallest streets, this estate has been run since 2006 by Laetitia Piétri-Clara, who took over from her mother Maguy. Supported by oenologist Hélène Grau, the winemaker continues the tradition begun in the late 19th century by her great-grandfather Étienne Géraud, a doctor who returned to the family vineyards. The vineyard covers 20 ha, mainly in the Banyuls and Collioure appellations.

Roussillon conceals many Gems , including this dazzling Sine Nomine. Beautiful attack, as fresh as it is greedy. Then comes a complexity of jammy black fruits, intermingled with notes of spice, humus and leather on a spherical palate, with great depth dominated by its structure. Endowed with astonishing sapidity, the graceful texture benefits from tannins as powerful as they are refined. A hint of saltiness adds personality and depth to the intense, voluptuous finish, which is enhanced by a touch of toast. Potential. However, we're already enjoying this devilishly charming Collioure with duck aiguillettes with black mushrooms and bambo shoots, .served with fragrant rice. Score = 4.3.
