Halfway between a traditional Banyuls and a rimage, aging plays an essential role here. The nose is intense with very ripe fruit, while the palate also recalls dried figs, blueberry liqueur, prunes, a hint of cherries in alcohol, and roasted aromas. It is the perfect accompaniment to blue cheeses, duck breast with figs, and chocolate or jam desserts.

About the estate:
Located in the heart of Collioure, in one of the smallest streets in the town, this estate has been run since 2006 by Laetitia Piétri-Clara, who took over from her mother Maguy. Supported by oenologist Hélène Grau, the winemaker continues the tradition started at the end of the 19th century by her great-grandfather Étienne Géraud, a doctor who returned to the family vineyards. The vineyard covers 20 hectares, mainly in the Banyuls and Collioure appellations.
