This 2015 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel is a hidden gem of this vintage. Made from a blend of mainly Syrah, complemented by 20% Grenache and 10% Carignan, this wine is full-bodied and deep, with a voluptuous red texture laden with notes of plum, violet, and spice, and a meaty Syrah character that develops with aeration.
