Aimer, Rêver, Prier, Se Taire 2020 offers a delightful experience: after opening the bottle, let the wine breathe gently... A complex nose then unfolds, with aromas of ripe, crisp red fruits, along with herbaceous hints and notes of blackberry, raspberry coulis, and morello cherry, all set against a subtly present oakiness. Dense and elegant, the palate is powerful yet never heavy, with beautiful depth, pronounced tannins of exceptional texture, leading to an elegant, smoky finish. Treat yourself!

About the estate:

Hervé Bizeul, a winemaker and maverick writer, has little left to prove, as his estate ranks among the elite of Roussillon. Yet this does not stop him from constantly challenging himself, exploring new avenues, innovating, thinking outside the box, and creating new vintages. A prime example is his Pinot Noir, which came out of nowhere and bravely withstands the harsh sun and the Tramontane winds of the Agly Valley. Here, each cuvée displays a personality all its own, sometimes uncompromising, just like its winemaker. From no fewer than seven different terroirs emerges a serious and diverse interpretation of Roussillon. A model of its kind.
