Domaine Renardat-Fache
The Renardat Fache family has been cultivating vines for over 8 generations. Living in the small village of Mérignat, where vines have been present since the Middle Ages, the Renardat Fache family also grew fruits such as apples, walnuts, cherries and strawberries.
From generation to generation, the vineyard has grown, and today covers 12.5 hectares of AOP Bugey Cerdon, managed by son Elie and his wife Christelle. Domaine Renardat Fache has been certified organic by Ecocert FR-BIO-01 since 2012. Cru du Bugey, Cerdon is a low-alcohol (8°C/vol) sparkling rosé wine made from Gamay and Poulsard grapes using the ancestral method.
