Domaine Renardat-Fache
The Renardat Fache family has been growing grapes for more than eight generations. Living in the small village of Mérignat, where vineyards have existed since the Middle Ages, the Renardat Fache family also grew fruits such as apples, walnuts, cherries, and strawberries.
From generation to generation, the vineyard has grown and now covers 12.5 hectares of Bugey Cerdon AOP, managed by son Elie and his wife Christelle. The Renardat Fache estate has been certified organic by Ecocert (FR-BIO-01) since 2012. A Bugey cru, Cerdon is a low-alcohol (8% ABV) sparkling rosé wine made from Gamay and Poulsard using traditional methods.
