Expressive and rich in red fruit flavors (cherry, raspberry, grape)

Palate

Here, the Gamay reveals its rich, indulgent character both on the nose and on the palate, with notes of cherry, grape, raspberry, and more... Beautiful effervescence and a fine mousse. The wine exhibits a lovely overall finesse.

This slightly sweet wine should be served at a cooler temperature—even "chilled"—at 2–3°C.
