Using the traditional method. This method produces naturally sparkling wines without the addition of yeast or sugar. The wine, still in the process of fermentation, is bottled, where fermentation continues, creating bubbles and foam. The wine is filtered before final bottling.

Expressive and bursting with red fruit flavors (cherry, raspberry, grape)

Palate

Here, the Gamay reveals its rich, indulgent character both on the nose and on the palate, with notes of cherry, grape, raspberry, and more... It has lovely effervescence and a fine mousse. The wine displays a very nice finesse overall.

This slightly sweet wine should be served at a cooler temperature—even "chilled"—at 2–3°C
