Winemaking

Using the traditional method, a fermentation technique that produces naturally sparkling wines without the addition of yeast or sugar. To achieve a beautiful rosé color and fine bubbles, temperatures are carefully monitored at all times during winemaking. The first phase takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to initiate fermentation; after light filtration, the wine is bottled, where it continues to ferment, creating the bubbles and foam.
