About the estate:
Maxime Dancoine, a winemaker, cultivates only a very small vineyard located in Aiton, at the western edge of the Maurienne Massif. The wines produced there are nevertheless beginning to attract the attention of wine enthusiasts. Cultivated with great care, inspired by biodynamic principles, and certified organic since 2017, his wines embody the diversity and ambition that characterize the generational renewal of Savoyard viticulture. This approach takes on its full meaning in light of the new plantings, which prioritize indigenous grape varieties such as Jaubertin and Blanc de Maurienne.

Still young, but a wine that is both lively and full-bodied. A wine perfect for fine dining.
