“The white wine that wanted to age like a red!”
Have you ever come across a white wine that was meant to be aged like a red? Now you have! Introducing the Opus Orange cuvée, an orange wine straight from Savoie by the Guillaume Quenard estate. Orange wine is a white wine made through maceration, which enriches it with natural tannins to yield subtle aromas—such as the delightful notes of candied fruit, mandarin, and yellow fruit found here. It reveals great minerality and salinity on the finish. A supple and harmonious wine. All that’s left is for you to have fun with some original food and wine pairings!

A brand-new, tiny winery founded in 2020 by Guillaume Quenard: 2.4 hectares in the heart of the Coteau de Torméry, which haven’t been weeded in 10 years, currently in the process of converting to organic farming, with a significant portion dedicated to agroforestry.
