La Voie Royale 2023, made from Mondeuse grapes, has a beautiful dark purple-violet color. Aromas of fresh red fruits and spices are present on the nose, with notes of violet and blackcurrant. On the palate, typical of Mondeuse with beautiful ripe tannins, we find amplitude and salinity, under a beautiful mineral structure. Enjoy with a good raclette!

A very young, micro-estate created in 2020 by Guillaume Quenard: 2.4 hectares in the heart of Coteau de Torméry that have not been weeded for 10 years, currently converting to organic farming, with a large part devoted to agroforestry.
