Wine rated " Coup de Coeur" (2016 vintage)

Estates rated 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or high-quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

With the arrival of their children, Grégoire and Anne, the Ribes family incorporated the vineyards of Château Flotis—a neighboring property they had already been managing—into Le Roc. The Syrah and Négrette grapes, grown on a stony hillside, have thus expanded the estate’s portfolio. The grafted Bouysselet, vinified in barrels, produces an ambitious white wine; alongside it, the Négrettes remain at their best thanks to meticulous and increasingly modern winemaking techniques.
