“A delicate, bold effervescence—such a lovely, smooth sensation!”

“A pale yellow color with bright highlights, fine bubbles, and a delicate nose evoking pear and Granny Smith apple—the opening is quite appealing. The wine maintains its charm on the palate, which is both elegant and rich, well-balanced between roundness and freshness, and lingers with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Flattering and (very) tasteful.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026). Why V7 = 20? 20 corresponds to the residual sugar content in the wine per liter. We are therefore dealing with a traditional dry method with a very slight sweetness.

About the wine:

A pale yellow color with bright highlights, fine bubbles, and a delicate nose evoking pear and Granny Smith apple—the first sip is quite enticing. The wine maintains its charm on the palate, which is both elegant and rich, well-balanced between roundness and freshness, and lingers with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Flattering and (very) tasteful.

About the estate:

Florentin and Andrée Vayssette, the grandparents, settled on the Chemin des Crêtes de Gaillac in 1930. Their son Jacques and his wife Maryse took over the estate. Later, their grandson Patrice and his wife Nathalie joined them to manage the estate’s 27 hectares of vineyards, which hold the High Environmental Value certification. A trusted name in the appellation.
