"A delicate and bold effervescence—such a lovely, smooth sensation!"
“A pale yellow color with bright highlights, fine bubbles, and a delicate nose evoking pear and Granny Smith apple—the first sip is quite enticing. The wine maintains its quality on the palate, which is both elegant and indulgent, well-balanced between roundness and freshness, and rounded out by a slight hint of bitterness on the finish. Flattering and (very) tasteful.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026). Why is V7 = 20? 20 corresponds to the residual sugar content in the wine per liter. This is therefore a dry wine made using a traditional method with a very slight sweetness.

About the estate:
Florentin and Andrée Vayssette, the grandparents, settled on the Chemin des Crêtes de Gaillac in 1930. Their son Jacques and his wife Maryse took over the estate. Later, their grandson Patrice and his wife Nathalie joined them to manage the estate’s 27 hectares of vineyards, which hold the High Environmental Value certification. A trusted name in the appellation.
