“An organic treat perfect for any occasion”
This blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, and Sauvignon offers lovely notes of white peach on the nose, with a hint of grapefruit. Round and fresh on the palate, it finishes with a lovely liveliness. This wine pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish, as well as Savoyard raclette and fondue!

About the estate:
The European pond turtle, a nod to those fighting to protect endangered species, is often featured on the labels of the Uby estate (both vineyard and wine merchant), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel has implemented numerous initiatives focused on environmental stewardship and, for the wine merchant division, selects partners who supply organic grapes.
