Symphonie de Novembre is crafted from the first selections of Petit Manseng harvested during the first ten days of November. Remarkably intense, this cuvée opens with aromas of exotic fruits and citrus, accompanied by subtle woody notes, highlighted by hints of resin, spices, and toasted bread. A wine with great depth and finesse. Don’t miss it!
