This is the largest private estate in Jurançon and the most widely distributed brand in fine dining establishments and luxury wine shops. Henri Ramonteu has perfected the small-scale production of sweet wines with spectacular bouquets and fascinating length on the palate. All share the house style: great purity of fruit and concentration balanced by the liveliness characteristic of the region. Top notch.

About wine:
The Petit Manseng grapes were harvested by hand in small crates in mid-November, pressed whole and fermented in 225-liter barrels before being aged in oak barrels for 12 months. A sweet wine with a floral style and pronounced aromas. Notes of ripe peach and apricot. Not too sweet, well balanced. 69 g/l residual sugar.
